Yes. Walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours, but patients with a booked appointment are seen first. If you have not booked, you may have to wait. We strongly recommend booking ahead to save time.

The standard outpatient consultation fee is ₹700. Procedures (chemical peels, PRP, biopsies, etc.) are billed separately based on the procedure. Fees are payable at the clinic by cash or UPI.

Yes. Use the same Book Appointment link and enter the phone number you used to book. You will see your existing booking with options to reschedule.

We request you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so that you check in at the correct time. We make sure to honour your time. But sometimes, in the event of a patient needing emergency treatment, you may need to wait for a couple of minutes.

While you can easily use the online appointments booking system, in case you wish to do this in person, you can visit the clinic anytime (or send someone representing you), and book an appointment for a convenient day and time.

Appointments are given at pre-determined intervals. Patients are seen in the sequence determined by the appointment list and not by their time of arrival or reporting at the front desk. If you arrive early or late, your appointment automatically gets shifted to the next available time slot.
